A California native, Grant has traveled and lived throughout the world, taking Yoga with him every step of the way. Grant found and fell in love with Yoga while backpacking India shortly after graduating from college. Almost a decade later, Grant brings that love and devotion back to you. Upon completing his teacher training, Grant stepped right into the role of the teacher - “It is mydharma to bring true and authentic Yoga to those thirsty for it.” Yoga is Grant’s therapy for his mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. Healing the body with the mind and the mind with the body, Grant’s classes are available for everybody, whether a first timer or a life timer. Blending together Yin and Yang, Grant’s Vinyasa flow is a spiritual awakening through sweat and breath. Using the unity of movement and breath, flexibility and strength, feminine and masculine, Grant creates a passionate and heartfelt Hatha Yoga practice, leaving you inspired and revitalized.
