2pm Wednesdays - Integral Yoga

This powerful practice releases stress and tension, heals emotional trauma, expands intuition and opens the heart chakra, raising the vibration through chanting and sound healing. A weekly reset for your life!

Learning the Art of Breathing has been scientifically proven to be the master-key to self healing. Pranayama, or the science of breath-control, will lead you to a deeper connection to all levels and dimensions of your own energy in the psychological, physiological, emotional, spiritual and astral layers. Breath mastery eventually opens the doors to cosmic consciousness.

This class utilizes several ancient and contemporary Breathwork techniques designed to connect you back to source, along with smooth Yin Yoga  stretches,  dopamine releasing meditations and ecstatic Bhakti chanting. Each week we will learn a new mantra and chant our hearts out,  opening  the doors to our God-Self, transforming our lives into an epic work of art.

Lulu began her journey to self-transformation over fifteen years ago in her home-country, Italy. It was during a week-long workshop in Tuscany with Ashtanga master, Lino Miele, that she fell in love with the profound healing powers of yoga. After moving to Los Angeles she became certified in 2008 through City Yoga. She has completed teacher trainings in Hatha/Anusara with Noah Maze, in Vinyasa Flow with Shiva Rea, Restorative Yoga with Sharon Skok and Thai Yoga Therapy Massage with Deon De Wet. She ha deepened her studies under the instruction of world renowned yogis such as Mas Vidal, Dharma Mittra, Jeffrey Armstrong and Dr. Douglas Brooks (Vedic Philosophy).

Her fascination with the concept of subtle body awakening expanded into learning the science of breath control, or Pranayama, as taught by Shri Pattabhi Jois, B.K.S. Yiengar, Yogi Bajan, and by the contemporary approaches of Dharma Devi, Michael Brian-Baker, Qi Gong master, Jeff Primack and Dr. Belisa Vranich.

Lulu is a Meditation teacher and practitioner. She has studied the art of purifying the mind in a variety of traditions: Tibetan Buddhist lineage with Sogyal Rinpoche; Shambala lineage of Trungpa Rinpoche; Vipassana lineage under Goenka; Vedic or TM Meditation with Thom Knoles.

As an act of Seva (selfless service), for over eight years Lulu has been teaching Yoga to the Blind at the Braille Institute of Los Angeles where she has created a Yoga, Meditation and Breathwork program specifically devoted to visually impaired students.
