Idan Meyer is sacred music singer. Idan's rich background in varied traditions has had an immense impact on his devotional life and music. Inspired from deep roots in ancient traditions such as Yogic, Hebrew and Native American, he brings his own unique Sacred music with the chanting of mantras from many cultures.
Shantaya has been dedicated to the art of music since the age of seven and has evolved into a tranquil practitioner of Bhakti Yoga. Through her music, she reflects the peace which she has cultivated during a life of study, practice, performing and teaching. In Sanskrit, the name Shantaya is a verb meaning to calm others; her ability to transfer tranquility and shanti (peace) to others through music is a gift. She is the transfer of tranquility to others.
Join Anusha for a two-part workshop that will include an in-depth overview of the philosophy, mythology and meaning behind some of Yoga’s most popular poses for the first hour.
Followed by a calming meditation and rejuvenating yoga flow incorporating all of the poses covered for the second hour.
This workshop promises to leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and hopefully more enlightened about the spirituality and philosophy behind your favorite poses and how you can take this newfound knowledge off your mat and into your daily life!
